If PROMER properly binds to the target miRNA cDNA, RNase H cleavages the RNA site located within PROMER, amplification occurs by DNA polymerase, and at the same time, PROMER is cleavaged, causing fluorescence probe to emit light.

If the RNA site located within PROMER does not match exactly, cleavage by RNase H does not occur and amplification does not occur.

Currently, the products prepared by our company can be selected between pre-designed products and custom order.

In the case of custom order, you can select and receive the desired target miRNA in the form of a single tube, 8-Strip tube, or 96 well. In the case of 8-Strip tubes, the 10 rxn standard applies to the price based on 10 strips for 8 strip tubes, and up to 8 miRNAs can be selected.

If 9 miRNAs are selected, 1 more set will be calculated and processed as an additional amount.

Therefore, it is recommended to select the ordering unit of miRNA based on 8-16-24.

In the case of 96 wells, up to 96 miRNAs can also be selected.

Even if you select less than 96 items, the price is not discounted, and if you select 100 items, the price is calculated as 1 set added. Before using the miRNA Detection Kit, you must use our Ctrl-X miRNA cDNA Synthesis Kit to synthesize miRNA cDNA.

We recommend ordering both kits.

No. Our Ctrl-X miRNA Detection Kit is a ‘Research Use Only’ product and cannot be used for diagnostic purposes.

Our miRNA Detection kit detects the expression of both pre- and mature miRNAs.

It is recommended to use 10ng ~ 1ug of total RNA / 1pg ~ 10ng of miRNA.

We recommend cDNA be synthesized using the Ctrl-X miRNA cDNA Synthesis Kit and then use the miRNA Detection Kit.

The amount of cDNA used is indicated only by volume in the protocol.

There is no need to measure the amounts separately; it will be important to match the amount of starting sample for the same experimental group and add the same volume of cDNA using the same kit.

No. Internal control can be customized, included in the target miRNA Detection Kit that is orderd.

Because the endogenous control of commonly used miRNAs may vary depending on the customer's sample type, we do not specify it.

No. This is confidential information containing proprietary PROMER technology.
